Amanbir Singh, world-renowned Kundalini Yoga Teacher, Yoga Therapist and licensed acupuncturist so beautifully describes Kundalini Yoga:

"Kundalini Yoga uses movement, sound current, breathe and meditation to relax and heal your mind and body, allowing the spirit to flow freely. Kundalini Yoga brings a greater feeling of well-being and happiness - our natural birthright as humans. This powerful and effective form of Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, Ph.D., Master of Kundalini Yoga, is a great way to recharge and heal your body quickly. How? By stimulating the nervous and immune systems, while improving strengths and flexibility, as it centers the mind and opens the spirit. From your very first class, you'll reap the rewards including - relief from back pain, stress, addiction, depression and insomnia, as well as weight control. Kundalini Yoga promises you peace of mind. Everyone can do it!”

Kundalini Meditation & extended Gong relaxation

Open with warm-ups to open and loosen your spine, hips and whole body. Then experience 11-31 minutes of Kundalini Yoga meditation to awaken wisdom within, clear the subconscious mind, enhance intuition, manage stress and connect you with your inner essence. Kundalini meditations often include pranayam, mantra, dristi, mudras and bandhas.

Then surrender into an extended gong savasana (relaxation) You will be guided and prepared to deeply relax and receive the healing energies of the gong. Gong vibrations can clear the mind, reduce stress and anxiety, organize emotional energies, revitalize the glandular, nervous and immune systems, open and align chakras, and clear the magnetic field. Gong carries you into a meditative state and supports integrative healing of the whole self. The more gong sessions one attends, the better the results. Gong is excellent therapy for all stress-related issues, depression, fatigue, feelings of separation or loneliness, and many other conditions caused by a lack of balance and harmony in the body or mind.

Slow FLow & deep stretch

This one hour of guided stretch and yoga flow will help to slow and calm the mind. If you are looking to increase flexibility and range of motion, this class is for you. Focused stretching, while moving with the breath allows the muscles to relax and lengthen. Neither experience or flexibility are required.  The only requirement is a willingness to have fun while keeping an open mind and trying something new.

All levels welcome.

Vinyasa Yoga Level I & level II

Vinyasa Yoga works at the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels, thus helping to connect the mind to the body. This helps relieve anxiety and stress. Vinyasa Level I introduces students to the idea of yoga as a lifestyle, by integrating the benefits of mindfulness on and off the mat. Students will learn proper alignment to not only strengthen their bodies, but also protect them from injury.

Vinyasa Level II guides students into a deeper exploration of yoga as they advance in their practice both physically and mentally. The pace of this class flow is faster, allowing heat to build in the body while maintaining a mindful practice of movement synchronized with the breath. Students will benefit from challenging themselves & their expectations of their bodies.
