Yoga Class Schedule 

NOTE: It is not necessary to pre-register for classes.

No prior yoga experience is needed.

Occasionally there will be subs on our schedule. Please sign up for our newsletter for weekly updates.

We ask that everyone be mindful when entering and exiting the yoga room while classes are in session and keep noise and disturbances to a minimum. Please keep in mind some students prefer to enter class and meditate before class begins.
