Holiday Relaxation & Meditation

This class includes some much needed you time, before the holiday fun begins. Sabrina & Evie will combine their love of Yoga and Meditation to bring you some much needed release. Sabina will start off the night with a 60 minute yoga class focusing on centering and grounding yourself through your breathe. Reiki Master Evie, will then lead the class in a calming breathing technique followed by a guided meditation for complete stress relief. There will be a short Reiki and Acupressure session on each participant that is interested.
Herbal tea will be offered at the end while you savor the experience. This evening is a perfect recipe for finding your balance and inner peace.
Open to all levels, no prior yoga or meditation experience needed.

Join us for Holiday De-Stress with Michele and Linda McLachlan, MA, Registered Dietician Nutritionist. Michele's Kundalini Yoga and Meditation class will feature a Kriya for the adrenals. After her class, Linda will be discussing how you can best support your adrenal glands during this stressful time of year and see how excess holiday stress affects your health. Linda will offer recipes and other lifestyle tips so you can immediately put what you learn into action. Take time for yourself and commit to have a more peaceful holiday season!
